A proposal may cover private route design, hotel shortlists and bookings, private guides and drivers, high-speed rail or domestic flights, transfers, major tickets, restaurant planning, daily travel documents and on-the-ground support. The exact inclusions follow the confirmed plan. We aim to make the decisions visible: you should know which days are rail-led, where private car support is used, how much guide time is included, and what is left for you to arrange.
International flights are optional. We can book them with your trip (quoted separately), or you can book your own. Travel insurance, personal documents, personal spending, optional upgrades, and services not confirmed in writing are not included. Meals outside the confirmed plan and special supplier access before written confirmation are also outside the standard scope.
