Refund Policy

Free planning tools do not create a paid booking. For a custom trip, the written proposal and booking conditions show the deposit, balance schedule, cancellation tiers, and any service fees before payment.

Some supplier items may become non-refundable once confirmed, including train tickets, domestic flights, special hotel rates, guide slots, attraction tickets, and deposits. We identify known restrictions before confirmation where practical.

To request a cancellation or refund review, email service@localkeytravel.com with your order reference. We will confirm the recoverable amount after checking the applicable booking conditions and supplier rules.

The signed proposal, booking conditions, and supplier-specific terms control if they differ from this summary.
