Why there is no single fixed price
A private trip combines confirmed hotels, transport, guides, transfers, tickets and support. Two travellers visiting the same cities can receive different proposals, because their hotel standards, room arrangements, rail timings, guide coverage and dates differ.

Private Guided: guide, driver and car set the cost
A Private Guided trip has an English-speaking private guide and a private car throughout, so the quote follows those days, the hotels you select and the confirmed services on your route. A longer route, a different season, a larger room requirement or extra transport changes the proposal.
Independent: hotels and trains set the cost
Independent has no full-time guide. Its cost depends on the hotels and high-speed trains selected for your dates, along with the route, any add-ons you choose (an airport pickup, a car and driver, or a guide for set times or sights), and other confirmed services. Real dates, or a useful date range, help the specialist check the movement pattern and build a practical proposal.

Independent can suit travellers who are comfortable using high-speed rail between key cities and want to add a guide only for selected visits. It is still a private trip with specialist planning, bookings, a roadbook (your day-by-day plan) and live support.
Private Guided places movement and logistics into private car and guide days across the trip. It can suit travellers who prefer a slower pace or more assisted transfers.

Route length, season and party size
A longer route usually means more hotel nights, transport sectors, transfers, guide days and entrance tickets. Adding a city can also change the order of the trip and require another rail or flight connection.
Season affects availability and demand. Major holidays, school breaks and popular travel periods may narrow hotel choices and affect transport availability. The proposal should show whether a service is confirmed, held or still being checked.
Party size changes costs in several directions. More travellers may share some private transport or guide costs, but may also need extra rooms, larger vehicles or more complex arrangements. A couple, a family and a multi-generational party have different needs.
