Walk in. If a table is empty, sit. A server will come, or you walk to the counter and point.
Say Roujiamo, or rougamo, or meat bun, or point at the stuffed bun on the wall. Ask for one bun to start, not a tasting menu. Pork lazhirou is the usual fill.
